Next SABL classes available for January 2024... teaching baby CPR and how to deal with choking and drowning. At Medway Park Sports Centre, Mill Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1HF.

Classes are free but donations are welcomed.

When we talk to our babies we often use a special style of speaking, a little slower, melodic and repetitive. This is known as,infant directed speech and helps baby understand emotional intention. It also supports your babies speech development.
During our baby massage sessions we encourage parents to enjoy positive communication through baby talk and rhyme helping to relax and sooth our little ones.

Each session supports development and is designed to aid relaxation and relief from fussy moments such as colic, reflux, teething and aid sleep patterns.

These connections can be formed in the simplest of activities, eye contact, voice, nurturing touch, listening and responding to babies' needs. You are their environment.
