I gave her alternative ways think about things and how to cope with her overthinking,
Also her homework was to complete a work book which we went through together in our session 🙌🙌🙌

Last week I held my first Meditation evening for 14 ladies 😳, was I scared? Absolutely 💯 scared of failing, scared of making a mistake, scared people wouldn't like it, the list goes on😳

But this is what I went by and challenged myself to go for it .....

📈 That thing you're afraid to do, making a big life change, speaking up or chasing your dream, isn't ment to stop you 👌

It's meant to WAKE YOU UP🚨

Having some form of exercise makes a big improvement to your mental wellbeing ⚖️

I walk my dogs daily, I pop on a podcast and enjoy being outside, I always feel much better after ♥️
