Happy New Year to my friends, family and everyone in between! I hope you have a healthy and happy start to the year. Now, remember, gut health is about the following simple daily steps.
As we all know, gut health is essential to overall health and well-being.
There are several things you can do to support gut health, including:
1. Eat a varied diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fermented foods such as yoghurt and sauerkraut.
2. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
3. Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.
4. Get regular exercise, which can help stimulate bowel movements and improve digestion.
5. Try to reduce stress, as it can have a negative impact on gut health.
6. Consider taking a probiotic supplement, which can help restore good gut bacteria balance.
