If you’ve been carrying grief quietly, please know you don’t have to walk this path alone.

At our Grief Support Circle, we’ve recently welcomed many new faces, some ready to share, others simply sitting with their hearts. However you show up, it’s enough.

Our circle meets in the evenings, making it easier to join when the day settles. It's' held at the Blacksmith's Barn in Bredhurst.

There’s no limit to how often you come, drop in when you need connection or stillness.

We’re mental health professionals, here to guide and hold space, supporting you in however you show up.

Upcoming dates (18:45-19:45):
• Tues 11 Nov
• Tues 18 Nov
• Tues 9 Dec
• Tues 16 Dec

Currently, the circle has a £5 attendance fee to cover venue costs. We’re working hard to secure funding as a Community Interest Company so that we can make this space free to attend as soon as possible. Refreshments are provided.

All is welcome in the circle. Grief has no timeline, so even if you are experiencing grief from several years ago or more, you can attend.

The only restriction we have; you must be 18 years old and above.

We've welcomed lots of new faces into our community at the Grief Support Circle recently.

Some sharing their journey, and others just needing to show themselves that taking the first brave step in attending, was enough for now and to 'just be'.

We offer a space where you can connect with your community, so you are not experiencing grief alone.

What makes us different as a support group?
1. We are offer a space that's available for you to attend in the evening. Giving more flexibility to access our community offering.
2. You are not limited to the amount of sessions you attend, so you have the option to come when you feel you need to connect, or simply observe what other people in the circle wish to share.
3. Although we are not a 'counselling therapy' service, we are both mental health professionals, who can offer you guidance and support during your grief experience.

For the remainder of 2025, our circle will be gathering on the following dates, starting at 18:45-19:45:

• Tuesday 11th November
• Tuesday 18th November
• Tuesday 9th December
• Tuesday 16th December

Gentle Check In with our Community...

Your Body Feels Grief Too

Grief doesn’t only live in our hearts❤️it can make us tired, forgetful, restless, or numb.

If your body feels different right now, it’s responding to heartbreak💔

Rest, hydrate, breathe. Your body is carrying your sorrow too.

Warmest wishes,
Clare and Debbie

Gentle Check In with our Community...

How are you feeling today?

No need to fix or explain it. Just name what’s there: sad, tired, numb, angry, uncertain.

Naming your feelings is the first step toward understanding them.

Warmest wishes,
Clare and Debbie
