👋 Hello …

Apologies that I’ve been a little quiet on socials, but I’m just settling back into uni life, I have just started in my MSc degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy (as if my life wasn’t busy enough 🙈).
I am still treating clients, and taking on new customers but am now fitting this around my studies so please be patient with me 😊

I am so excited to be on the Veterinary physiotherapy course, as horses and dogs and a huge part of my life 💕

What is Sciatica ???
Sciatica is where the sciatic nerve, which runs from your lower back to your feet, is irritated or compressed.

Symptoms include:
- Pain in lower back or down legs (the pain may be stabbing, burning or shooting)
- Tingling – like pins and needles
- Numbness or change in sensation in feet
- Weakness of lower body

Plantar fasciitis is pain on the bottom of your foot, around your heel and arch. It is caused by irritating or damaging your plantar fascia. This can be caused by things like:
- Being on your feet all day for work.
Playing sports.
- Exercising without stretching or warming up.
-Wearing shoes that don’t support your feet well enough (like flip flops)
-Walking or standing barefoot while you’re at home.
