I just wanted to share a little update as we head towards Christmas 🎄

Firstly, a very heartfelt thank you to everyone for your continued support, patience & understanding as I recover from my surgery, it really does mean the world 🙏🏽 I am still being very careful, taking my return slowly, and offering reduced hours.

In the run up to Christmas, demand is always high for vouchers. Due to currently working reduced hours, I'm selling vouchers differently than normal.

During this time, gift vouchers will only be available for purchase where we can pre-book an appointment for the voucher recipient in advance, at the time of purchasing the voucher. This will ensure that everyone who receives a voucher is guaranteed treatment time within my current availability & to avoid any potential disappointment if my current working hours don't suit.

I truly appreciate your patience & kindness while I focus on healing & gradually returning to my full schedule. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a voucher with a pre-booked appointment, please feel free to pop me a message.

Vouchers are not currently available to buy from Studio 30 reception, this is because only I have access to my diary for making bookings.

🍂🍁✨️ Welcome Autumn🍂🍁✨️

The seasons are changing, & although many of us hate to say goodbye to the carefree days of summer, autumn is once again upon us.

Everything is coming into balance again, day & night, light & dark & as such, it is a perfect time to reflect on who we were, who we have become, & who we will be.

While many of us will start thinking about typical Autumn things like pumpkin spice everything, cosy jumpers, & planning Halloween costumes, there is so much more to this season. It is the time of the harvest, of preparing for the longer & colder nights, & a time of personal reflection.

As the leaves transform from their shades of green to the burnished shades of gold, red, & orange, this is the time to see where we could use some polishing so that we ourselves can glow.

The cooling temperatures bring us a time of not only being inside where things are warm & comforting, but also of mentally & spiritually turning our focus within ourselves. Are we going in the right direction? Is the path that we set out on at the beginning of the year still serving our higher purpose?

Embrace the Change

Autumn has a beauty & graciousness all of its own, inviting it into our lives can be a wonderful gift to ourselves.

🧡 Polite notice 🧡

I just wanted to give a big heartfelt thankyou to everyone for baring with me whilst I have been recovering from surgery. I have felt so genuinely supported & cared for whilst I've been away, it really has warmed my heart & is so very appreciated 🙏🏽

I’m very pleased to say that I'm gently turning the page & reopening my diary as I phase back after my surgery.

The road back isn’t a sprint, but a steady, hopeful walk, I will be working reduced hours & I ask for your patience & kindness as I find my rhythm again.

This is a huge step, something I've never had to do before —one that feels both daunting & so deeply welcome. I can't wait to be back doing what I love.

The Luna Room is always a source of comfort & connection, though my pace may be slower at first, my heart is very much present. Please do continue to bare with me.

Thank you for walking with me, for your patience, & for reminding me that healing is not just about recovery, but about rediscovering joy in the little things again.

As the height of summer approaches, this transitional period holds deep meaning for many spiritual traditions, a time when the sun’s rays still warm the earth, yet the subtle shift towards the change towards autumn whispers in the air, reminding us of the impermanence of all things & the importance of embracing the present moment.

August is a transitional month, bridging summer & autumn, this in between period represents a time of change, transformation, & very importantly, of letting go. Harness August's fiery energy & allow yourself to release what no longer serves you & prepare for the next phase of your journey.
