💚WHAT IS HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS?💚

She’s lost 3 stone - but check this out ⬇️

You’ve got a really clear “before vs after” story here—and it’s a strong one. I’ll keep it simple and practical so it actually means something.

🧪 1. Total Cholesterol
• 2025: 6.0 → 2026: 3.9 mmol/L

👉 What it means:
• Below 5.0 is generally considered healthy
• Michelle’s gone from high → excellent

Bottom line: Big improvement. This alone lowers heart disease risk.

🧪 2. Triglycerides (blood fats)
• 2025: 1.67 → 2026: 0.72 mmol/L

👉 What it means:
• Under 1.7 is normal, under 1.0 is very good
• This is now excellent

Bottom line: This usually improves with weight loss and better diet—exactly what you’ve done.

🧪 3. LDL (“bad cholesterol”)
• 2025: 3.9 → 2026: 2.2 mmol/L

👉 What it means:
• Ideal is below 3.0 (lower if high risk)
• She’s moved from borderline high → healthy

Bottom line: Less artery clogging risk.

🧪 4. Non-HDL cholesterol (overall “bad” particles)
• 2025: 4.7 → 2026: 2.5 mmol/L

👉 What it means:
• Should be below 4.0
• Now well under

Bottom line: Strong overall improvement in harmful cholesterol.

🧪 5. Cholesterol / HDL ratio
• 2025: 4.6 → 2026: 2.8

👉 What it means:
• Lower = better
• Under 4 is good, under 3 is excellent

Bottom line: This is one of the best indicators—and hers is now excellent.

This pattern (everything dropping together) is exactly what doctors hope to see when:
• weight comes down
• diet improves
• metabolic health improves

⚖️ Straight answer

This isn’t a small change—it’s a major cardiovascular risk improvement.

If you walked into a GP with these 2026 numbers, they’d typically say:
• “Keep doing exactly what you’re doing”
• Medication might not even be needed if it was being considered before

👍 Simple takeaway
• Before: borderline / higher risk
• Now: healthy to optimal across the board

That’s about as good a turnaround as you can realistically expect in a year.

Last year we celebrated some awesome wellness results for this lovely couple Hannah and Raphael 💫

Hannah dropped 4 & 1/2 stone between February and July 2025 and Raphael lost 1 & 1/2 stone. Both experienced huge health benefits too.

In August we received the most beautiful news that their first baby was on the way!! After years of trying the stars had aligned and it was all systems go!
