Please give a warm welcome to the newest member of our team chartered physiotherapist Emily🤩. Emily is a local girl but has come to us from a sports injury clinic in Coventry where she did her degree. She’s only been with us since Monday but already feels part of the furniture. She’s spending the next week or so buddying up whilst she learns our computer system, ways of working and getting to know some of you lovely lot 😍. All of this means we finally have something that looks like a fully staffed team and appointment availability …. It’s been a long time coming and we are over the moon about it 🤗🤗

Welcome Jenny 🤩, it’s been a crazy week in physio HQ and she has literally had to hit the ground running but she’s done it all with a smile on her face and with the use of ten zillion post it notes 📝😆😅.

Lockdown 3️⃣. Right now we just need to stay at home making it all the more difficult to keep yourself mobile, flexible and strong.

We offer mental and physical wellbeing on an everyday basis at home, on the road, or in a hotel with our Pre-recorded Pilates workouts.

Stream from anywhere and feel and see the beneficial effects within a matter of weeks .

£5 per week or you can purchase a block of six

A recording sent straight to you each week with the link to the recording and you can access the recording as many times as you would like in that week.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Level 1 is the beginner option. Level 2 is the intermediate level. Level 3 in the advanced level.

All classes are taught by our dual trained Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructor Camilla, with over 13 years experience.

Sadly due to this evenings news of another national lockdown our Ramsey clinic will not be open. We are still offering appointments at our March Clinic with covid secure protocols in place ⬇️⬇️⬇️

This evening the government announced national lockdown 2.0

Physiotherapy clinics are designated as medical services and as such will remain OPEN through this second lockdown. Alongside our fellow allied health professionals we are in a position to support our local GP services and NHS colleagues, who are already working at capacity, for those with injury or musculoskeletal issues.

This does mean that non-specific appointments such as pilates classes and massage appointments will still not be able to go ahead, nor appointments for those who feel they are able to manage injury adequately without being seen. We continue to offer and encourage virtual appointments for those whom it is appropriate for.

The challenges just seem to keep coming 😅 but we are ever grateful for your support and understanding. Hopefully this will be the final post like this I have to write and this time next year we can just wish you a Happy New Year 🤞🍾
