Optimum Physiotherapy IOM LTD Director of Physiotherapy Ian Kelly returns to the Isle Of Man following 10 successful years living and working in the UK. He spent 5 years as full time Head Physiotherapist for Hull Kingston Rugby League FC, during which time he also worked with the Rugby Football League and the England National Squads. In addition he was selected to lead the medical department for t
he Papua New Guinea National Team for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup, ultimately exiting the tournament at the hands of the New Zealand Kiwis. Ian is fortunate to have worked extensively not only with professional and elite athletes, Gold Medal winning Olympians, but has spent many years working with the general public within both the public and private sectors. Ian studied a post graduate MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University and in doing so gained full membership accreditation and rights to the World renowned Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapist (MACP), having completed an extensive programme of post graduate study and reached an Internationally recognised standard of Excellence in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Ian travels to the USA throughout the year to continue his work and education as a Level 3 certified Medical Professional member of the Titleist Performance Institute.
