This week's class will be focused on the full moon, and we'll be practicing Moon Salutations, or Chandra Namaskar.

In yoga, the sun and right side of the body are considered masculine. Masculine energy is fast, warm, energizing, and more disciplined.๐ฅ
The moon and left side of the body are considered feminine. Feminine energy is slow, cool, relaxing, and more flowing.๐ฆ
Therefore, full moons are a time to embrace more feminine energy within us all. ๐
Full Moon yoga benefits:
โข Providing time for self-care, reflection, or improvement. ๐ช
โข Practicing "letting go" of what no longer serves you, or releasing unwanted habits, recurring thoughts, or feelings. ๐ฎ
โข Reminding us to connect with nature. ๐
