‼️‼️Never had a personal training session.., been scared to go to a gym and ask for help even though you never achieve your goals… ❓❓with times being hard for everyone at the minute lots of clients don’t want to commit to a block of sessions if they haven’t experienced the results you can achieve when working along side a PT….because of this I am doing a special taster package of 2 sessions for £40…. To enable more people to have the option to try a couple of training sessions …., I guarantee once the two sessions are completed you will be inspired to continue ….
