Would you company or organisation benefit from bespoke wellbeing training and education?

Recently I was asked to by Demetriou from Canterbury Christ Church University to deliver some wellbeing workshops for their sports committee members and sports scholars.

These bespoke workshops were designed and delivered to support students to balance their busy academic and sports lives to ensure they could confidently manage both to achieve the dual outcomes of elite performance in both areas.

This video showcases the impact this training had on Erin who attended both workshops.

This video was expertly created by Liù Batchelor who has perfectly captured the positive impact these workshops had on Erin's academic and sports performance.

Do you ever feel like you're working hard in your business… but not always moving forward in the ways that matter most?

A few months ago I started using something simple but game-changing: my own Growth Profile Wheel.

It's basically a circular chart where I honestly rate myself (1–10) on things like Discipline, Focus, Efficiency, Vision, Ambition, and real Progress.

When I connect the dots, the shape tells the truth — am I well-rounded or seriously lopsided in some areas?

Seeing it visually makes it impossible to ignore the gaps… and that's exactly what pushes me to level up.

This ties straight into one of our key values at Delamill Wellbeing Solutions: Growth.
We believe real progress starts with self-awareness — knowing where you stand so you can build the discipline to change it, both in business and in life.
