Nannie has been baking cakes since she was a little girl back in the 60s, and has fine tuned some of the classic cake recipes to absolute perfection, with a reputation to match! Whether it be a cake for a birthday, celebration or wedding, or an afternoon tea-party, Nannie can bake to your needs desire. Her speciality is her fruit cake, which without a doubt, is the best fruit cake you'll ever taste! And if that doesn't tempt you, then try chocolate or madeira! (Don't tell her I said so, but her orange lotus madeira is to die for, hmmm hmm hmm)! Dietary requirements can easily be catered for, so just discuss your needs with Nannie and she will be more than happy to find suitable ingredient alternatives for you.
