My name is Diana and I am a Reiki Master in both Usui/Holy Fire Reiki and Karuna Reiki, and an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner. I run regular Reiki courses at all levels in Ramsgate and also in South East London for those interested in learning how to use this beautiful energy to heal themselves, their friends and family and their pets, as well as those wishing to become healers themse

lves. I am passionate about the power of Reiki to enhance our lives and bring a greater sense of peace and well-being. Reiki is an ancient form of hands on healing. It is a deeply nurturing therapy which works on mind, body and spirit to release blocked energy meridians, cleanse the body of toxins and promote a state of balance and well-being. Reiki encourages and supports positive personal choices and promotes a calmer response to life's challenges and stresses. Easily adapted to most medical conditions, Reiki works alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies. Holy Fire Reiki is a combination of traditional Usui Reiki and a contemporary evolution of Reiki. It is both powerful and gentle and it heals through purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.

I’m really happy to be teaching a Reiki 2 course next weekend in Peckham. If you’ve done your level 1, maybe it’s time to upgrade your Reiki energy to the next level. There are so many new tools and techniques available after Reiki 2 and deep personal healing in your ongoing Reiki journey with this beautiful energy. It’s 20 years this month since I started my journey with Reiki with the wonderful Zoe Martlew . To be honest, I can’t imagine my life without it - this simple healing system has transformed my life. The subtle presence of this energy accompanies me in every part of my life and helps me to make sense of how I am in the world, it helps me understand and manage my sensitivity. I am so grateful for the opportunity Reiki has given me to share light in the world through giving treatments and through teaching . Reiki is a force for good and it’s a real privilege to teach it. I’ve been teaching since 2008 and love to see the transformation in students as they allow Reiki in. Reiki shows us our true selves, Reiki really is love energy in action.

I’ve had to adjust my course dates a bit as I needed a little healing pause after some medical treatment. I’m really looking forward to being back to doing what I love, passing on the wonderful gift of Reiki.

The science is in!

My study showed tapping in a group almost doubled the cortisol reduction from the first study. This was a double-blinded clinical trial and was published by the American Psychological Association 😉
