A little Tuesday thought with one of my favourite crystals… clear quartz ✨
My go-to.
I use it in treatments, in meditation, and in distance Reiki as an amplifier.
It is often known as the healer of healers—supportive, clarifying, and beautifully balancing.
I also wear it in my jewellery and keep returning to its steady presence.

And still, even clear quartz needs time to rest and reset.

Kada postane tiho… 🤍
Nakon što sam jučer podijelila o vremenu u tišini…
i svojoj tihoj šetnji…
shvatila sam nešto važno.
Tišina je prekrasna.
Ali ponekad može biti i… neugodna.
Jer kada se buka utiša—
ono što nosimo u sebi počne izlaziti na površinu.
Misli koje smo izbjegavali.
Emocije za koje nismo imali vremena.
Onaj tihi unutarnji glas koji smo lagano potiskivali.
I zato često ostajemo zauzeti.
Ne zato što nam ne treba odmor—
nego zato što usporavanje traži da osjetimo.
I znam to… jer sam i sama to osjetila.
Ali evo jedne nježne istine:

✨ Ne moraš sam/a kroz to prolaziti

When it gets quiet… 🤍
After I shared yesterday about taking time in silence…
and my own quiet walk…
I realised something important.
Silence is beautiful.
But it can also feel… uncomfortable.
Because when the noise fades—
what we’ve been holding… can begin to rise.
Thoughts we’ve been avoiding.
Emotions we haven’t had time to feel.
That quiet inner voice we’ve been gently pushing aside.
And this is often why we keep ourselves busy.
Not because we don’t need rest—
but because slowing down asks us to feel.
And I know this… because I’ve felt it too.
But here’s the gentle truth:
✨ You don’t have to face it all at once
✨ You don’t have to do it alone
✨ And it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming
This is exactly why I do the work I do.

Trenutak tišine 🤍
Nedavno sam primila email od Dr. David Hamilton… i njegove riječi su mi došle baš u pravom trenutku.
Jer trenutno se život čini pomalo… okrenut naglavačke.
I kada sve djeluje glasno—izvana ili iznutra—
često radimo suprotno od onoga što nam zaista treba.
Popunjavamo prostor.
Nastavljamo dalje.
Stalno smo “uključeni”.
A njegova poruka bila je jednostavna… i duboko me dotaknula:
Tišina nije prazna.
To je prostor u kojem se um počinje smirivati, obrađivati i polako pronalaziti svoj put.
Danas sam si to i dopustila.
Tiha šetnja… oko 30 minuta.
Bez slušalica.
Bez distrakcija.
Samo ja, moj dah i ritam mojih koraka.
I nešto se omekšalo.
Nije se sve promijenilo.
Ali nešto se pomaknulo.
Malo više jasnoće.
Malo više mira.
Malo više prostora u meni.
A ponekad… to je dovoljno.
Znanost kaže da u tim tihim trenucima mozak počinje obrađivati, obnavljati se i povezivati.
Ali i bez znanosti… to se može osjetiti.
Izdah.
Usporavanje.
Nježno vraćanje sebi.
Pa evo jedan nježan poziv—za tebe, i za mene:
Isprobaj danas 5 minuta “posta od buke”.
Bez glazbe.
Bez mobitela.
Bez pozadinske buke.
Samo sjedi… ili prošeći.
Možda će na početku biti neobično.
Ali ostani s tim.
Dopusti umu da se smiri.
I tijelu da ga slijedi.
Ponekad je najmoćnija podrška koju si možemo dati…
ne dodavanje još nečega—

A Moment of Silence 🤍
I recently received an email from Dr. David Hamilton… and his words couldn’t have come at a more needed time.
Because right now, life feels a little… upside down.
And when everything feels loud—externally or internally—
we often do the opposite of what we truly need.
We fill the space.
We keep going.
We stay “on”.
But his reminder was simple… and it landed deeply:
Silence isn’t empty.
It’s where the mind begins to settle, process, and gently find its way again.
Today, I gave myself that space.
A quiet walk… about 30 minutes.
No headphones.
No distractions.
Just me, my breath, and the rhythm of my steps.
And something softened.
Not everything changed.
But something shifted.
A little more clarity.
A little more calm.
A little more space within.
And sometimes… that’s enough.
Science tells us that in these quiet moments, the brain begins to process, restore, and integrate.
But beyond the science… you can feel it.
The exhale.
The slowing down.
The gentle return to yourself.
So here’s a soft invitation—for you, and for me:
Try a 5-minute “noise fast” today.
No music.
No phone.
No background noise.
Just sit… or take a short walk.
At first it might feel unfamiliar.
But stay with it.
Let the mind settle.
Let the body follow.

Što se događa kada prestanemo slušati svoj unutarnji kompas?
U početku to može biti vrlo suptilno.
Tihi osjećaj da nešto nije sasvim u redu.
S vremenom, kada iznova ignoriramo taj unutarnji glas, život može početi djelovati teže.
Možda primijetiš:
🌿 nemir ili unutarnju nelagodu
🌿 osjećaj preopterećenosti ili iscrpljenosti
🌿 napetost i tjeskobu u tijelu
🌿 osjećaj udaljenosti od same sebe
🌿 donošenje odluka koje izvana izgledaju ispravno, ali iznutra ne djeluju tako
Najčešće nije problem u tome što je naš unutarnji kompas nestao.
On je i dalje tu.
Ali stres, emocionalno opterećenje, stari obrasci i stalna buka vanjskog svijeta mogu otežati da ga jasno čujemo.
Tu nam mogu pomoći nježne, podržavajuće prakse koje nas vraćaju sebi.
Kroz rad koji nudim — EFT tapping, Reiki, somatsko disanje i tehnike za smirivanje živčanog sustava — postupno smirujemo um, oslobađamo emocionalnu napetost i ponovno se povezujemo s vlastitom unutarnjom mudrošću.
Jer tvoj unutarnji kompas je uvijek tu.
Ponekad mu samo treba malo prostora, tišine i podrške da ga ponovno jasno čujemo.

What happens when we stop listening to our inner compass?

I chose to train in Usui Reiki because its ability to bring your mind body and spirit back into balance. This incredible energy healing technique supports your own unique energy, helping your body to maintain and support your immune system, your emotional and physical wellbeing too. It helps the body’s energy vibrate at a more natural state, harmony and peace on all levels can be restored.
I trained in AromaTouch Technique because it also works on an energetic level as well as the physical. It uses the power of essential oils and aromatherapy to support the bodies ability to heal itself. It works by using 8 different essential oils and blends, that are gently applied to the back, neck, crown and feet in a specific order, that in turn work on relaxing the body emotionally, relieving stress and anxiety, supporting the immune system, eliminating inflammation and reducing pain and bringing the body back into homeostasis (Balance).
Both these techniques will have you feeling less stressed, your body will be fighting off infections much quicker, your pain greatly diminished, inflammation lowered, you will feel uplifted , rejuvenated and restored.
I did my facial course 18 yrs ago. What I found fascinating over the years about facials was not so much the ability to get your skin back on track and looking radiant again and this in itself made clients feel happier and more confident. It was the emotional and physical impact it had on them. This is why I added Ayurveda Kansa Wand Massage and Marma Pressure. The Wand itself is made of a bronze healing metal, which is moulded to a wooden ergonomic shaped wand. Ayurveda is over 5000 yrs old and originated in India and is known as the oldest living system of medicine. Ayurveda means Science of life. Marma points are vital energy points located on the surface of the whole body, including the face. These two techniques not only help with clearing lymph encouraging blood flow and collagen it also supports other parts of body and your immune system. So in turn it helps you feel centred and calm. Promotes good health.
