A health and well-being check for older adults is a supportive check-in to understand how someone is really managing at home. It looks at both physical health and emotional wellbeing, helping to make sure everyday needs are being met safely and comfortably.

These checks can include a review of medical conditions, medication, nutrition, mobility, vision and hearing, mental health and social connection. The aim is to notice small changes early, reduce risks, and offer guidance or extra support before concerns grow.

Our trained Care Professionals can help with these health and wellbeing checks, providing reassurance, kindness and experienced support so older adults can continue living well at home đź’š

Try pointing and flexing your toes, lifting one leg at a time, or slowly straightening and bending your knees. A gentle stretch through the back while seated can also help ease stiffness.
