Bluebird Care (Canterbury & Thanet) Homecare in Canterbury & Thanet Proud owners of five successful Bluebird Care offices within Kent.

Family owned and run, we initially took ownership of our first office in 2010 in Maidstone, moving onto Gravesend in 2011, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells in 2012 and most recently Folkestone and Dover, and Canterbury and Thanet in 2021. Our customers are the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves in putting you first! Providing care of the same standard you would expect from your own families and loved ones. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities and seeing them as an individual, and not just as a list of care needs! We offer tailored care services, to ensure each customer’s individual needs are met and they are able to keep their independence for as long as possible by staying in their own home. In turn providing peace of mind for families that their loved ones are being cared for in the comfort of their own home where they feel safe, secure and relaxed. Delivering the absolute best homecare is our passion, and we strive to achieve this every day!

Our Story

Bluebird Care (Canterbury & Thanet) prides it self on offering 'good old fashioned service'. We specialise in working with customers and their families who require care in their own homes and work alongside other health and social care professionals. The service is totally flexible and designed around you and your care requirements. Giving you the help that you need to remain in the comfort of your own home. As a home care provider we are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are inspected to ensure we are compliant with the regulations. We are a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) and an approved provider of Kent County Council (KCC). We are regularly commissioned by NHS Continuing Care to provide care to patients who are terminally ill. Bluebird Care (Canterbury and Thanet) provides services for older adults, people with physical disabilities, people with learning disabilities and children. We take pride in offering the highest quality of care to all our customers.
