Monday motivational pictures to remind yourself why you decided to change.
Nearly 16 years ago I joined slimming world and its been a rollercoaster.
From struggling to do shoelaces up.

To having to take a breather at the top of the stairs as I'd get exhausted.

Being afraid to go out the door, due to a massive lack of confidence.

Struggling to get clothes to fit, that I liked.

Having to remember what medication i needed to take and in what order to take them in.
And many many other things.

Make that change and enjoy what changes along the way.
