October invites a quieter kind of strength or let’s say resilience; the gentle art of returning, again and again to center.
In Kundalini Yoga we cultivate this return through breath, focus, posture, mantra, and coming together. Each inhale widens the inner space; each exhale teaches us to release what we no longer need. Resilience, then, is a practice of presence.
We are all holding a lot: work, change, care, uncertainty. When we anchor in practice, the nervous system learns a new story, and the heart remembers it’s original steadiness.
