Calling all knitters, crocheters, and crafters in Ramsgate🧶❤️
Maskell and Uden Funeral Directors are reaching out to our local community to support a very special “basket of hearts” initiative.
During the difficult time of losing a loved one, we want to offer families a small but meaningful comfort. These handmade hearts are given in pairs — one to stay with their loved one, and one to keep close.
How you can help:
• We’re asking for donations of handmade heart pairs
• We’re happy to provide wool if needed
• We’re also considering hosting a monthly “craft & chatter” session at our branch — would anyone be interested?
If you’d like to take part, you’re very welcome to drop your creations into the branch or post them to us. Our lovely Funeral Service Specialist Clarissa, is a knitter herself and will be participating!!
