Welcome to HorseKind - Equine Sports Massage Therapy, making a difference to your horse's performance, health & well-being. I am a fully qualified ITEC equine sports massage therapist, trained by the world renowned and remarkable Mary Bromiley MBE. I am fully insured, a member of CTha and also ESMA (Equine Sports Massage Association). The massage treatment your horse will receive will be tailored to their individual needs and response, I work holistically and incorporate Swedish/ Sports massage techniques to enhance circulatory and lymphatic flow, relieve muscle tension, aid relaxation both mentally and physically therefore assisting the horse to maximise his performance potential and help him to enjoy what he does. My treatments are never complete without passive stretches and movements of which further increase the health and mobility within the joints. I am also a fully qualified ITEC Swedish Massage Therapist available to also offer my services to you as rider, either within your home or at my premises in Chatham Street, Ramsgate. My advice is that if you are booking your horse in for a treatment on a regular basis then you should also treat yourself, working as a horse & rider team you would be helping each other out... The horse hurts the rider as much as the rider hurts the horse. In this instance I am offering my special 'horse and rider massage package' for prices please contact me. I am based in Kent and will travel to your yard. Mileage will be charged at 25 pence per mile above a 10 mile radius from Ramsgate, Kent. I have severe endometriosis... it'll be my 2nd operation in 3.5 years this year, this time though because the cysts are too large they can't excise them completely, so they will have to drain them and shave them away from my bowel and anywhere else it may have spread ...fingers crossed ðŸĪžðŸĪžðŸĪž nowhere else...but it will come back, and I will have to just deal with it at the time.

But this BAFTA award winning short film that has just been released is going to fly the flag for anyone in the world like myself who has this complex, debilitating disease.

What you see on the surface of someone with this disease is not always what is going on beneath it... I have learnt to micromanage my health & pain management through nutrition, exercise, painkillers when required, talking about it, nervous system regulation & gut & liver detox on a daily basis.

This film is only 20 mins long, its raw, its the truth of this disease ...please share 🙏😊

We have so much noise around us all the time, so many opinions, thoughts, ideas, shoulds & shouldnts...how about really listening deeply to what your body is saying, trusting your own choices, what feels good for you, when you make a decision for yourself...does it feel good, on a deeper level good?
If it does...then go with it... do you feel calm within, grounded, routed in your decision? If yes, then it's right ðŸĐ·

We can hear, ingest, digest what is being said around us... but taking the time to digest what your body is telling you is where the real empowerment lies, where you begin to thrive again 🙏
