Fantastic new advert from Dove, that hits on a personal and professional level.

I've been lucky to work with so many amazing teenagers, many of which have been impacted by the unrealistic standards set on social media. I'm a big believer of the importance of having conversations around this, at school and home, to help these incredible individuals learn that they are more than enough, just the way they are 💛💛

I am loving the fact that Eastenders are now doing a storyline about the harm undiagnosed neurodiverse conditions can cause for kids at school, as well as the damage that can be done by teachers having limited understanding of how ASD/ADHD can present. Diagnosis isn't for everyone, but the difference I've seen it have on both adolescent and adult lives, has been life changing.

Love this! So much of the work my clients and I do together is around unlearning and relearning beliefs that they have formed around themselves, the world and relationships. It can be unbelievably powerful realising how much more you deserve and how different things can be 💛

God I love this.

Naturally a lot of new clients start with me when they've hit a point of crisis or confusion in their lives, and I endeavour to support them through navigating this. However, when that initial work is done ofter a new path takes shape and allows people to discover things that they didn't even realise they were looking for. They find more clarity, more growth. I consistently feel so lucky to be part of that journey 💛
