We are so good at looking after everyone else…imagine if we gave ourselves even half of what we give to others 💕

✨4 Years✨

4 years ago I started my social media pages in the hope I could run a baby massage class in our local area.

At the time there was little to no classes available close by and it was so daunting thinking you were going to have to make a 30-40 mile round trip in order to access an hour of socialising with other mammies.

At the time I had a just turned 2 year old and a 5 month old but I KNEW this was needed!

I started off in Clotworthy house within Antrim Castle Gardens and I did not make a penny for months…in fact I spent every penny I got from classes buying more resources, doing more training and sussing out where this was going!

I will never forget my first ever class…I was so nervous I forgot the tune of the first song I had to sing 🫣

But thankfully cracked a joke and made everyone laugh giving me time to grab my book and check my notes…I have never forgotten the tune to, “Here we massage your…” since and that moment will forever be imprinted in my brain 😂

Here’s why;

None of us know it all…None of us have it all figured and we all have to start somewhere ✨

Since that day The Nurture Hub has flourished and grew into more than I could ever have imagined. Those first little babies that we massaged in the beautiful Clotworthy House are in Nursery and have just found out where they are heading to for P1 🥹

Thank you to each and everyone of you who has trusted me to be part of your journey 💕

As I always say it is a privilege I will never take for granted ✨

From 10 little babies in my first ever block in 2022 to welcoming 125 of you through the doors of the hub over the next week for Easter Specials I am beyond proud and grateful 😭

I KNEW in my heart this would become more than just a baby massage class BUT…The best is yet to come 😉💕

You walk into a baby class or group thinking it’s just for your little one… and walk out with the beginnings of friendships that carry you through motherhood ❤️

Because somewhere between the naps, feeds and juggling all the balls you find another mammy who just gets it.

No judgement, no explanations needed just a reassuring smile and a, “me too”. 💕

Baby groups aren’t just for babies… they’re where mammy’s find their people. ✨
