1 in 5 mammy’s will experience challenges with their mental health during pregnancy or after birth… and yet so many are suffering in silence.

If this is you…please know:

✨You are not alone
✨You are not to blame
✨You are worthy of support

Maternal mental health struggles can look like anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, irritability, or simply not feeling like yourself.

And it doesn’t make you a bad mammy…it makes you human.

This week (and every week) let’s;

✨ Normalise the conversation
✨ Reduce stigma and judgement
✨ Check in on the mammy’s around us
✨ Ask for help when we need it
✨ Advocate for the care and support we deserve

You don’t have to do it all on your own. Support is out there and reaching for it is a sign of strength, not weakness.

We had the absolute joy of welcoming Tracy to Minds & Mammy’s Maternal Mental Health Peer Support Group last night 💕

Tracy has a wealth of knowledge in Perinatal Mental Health and we were delighted to have had the opportunity to invite her along to last nights session.

I think it’s safe to say we could have listened to her all night and we can’t wait to welcome her back again ✨

Thank you Tracy for empowering us all, breaking the stigma around perinatal mental health and encouraging us all to advocate for ourselves…we need more of you in this world 😘
