What a night in Castlebar. 🌿

You were an absolute delight. The warmth and kinship of the audience was a joy to behold. The spirit world responds to joy, laughter and above all the devotion you carry for them. This was a special night.

There is something truly special that happens when a room full of strangers becomes a room full of support and kindness and family, even if just for an evening. Hearts open, tears fall gently, and the most extraordinary things begin to unfold. Last night was one of those nights.
Castlebar, thank you for being so lovely.
Until next time. 🌙

We've arrived in Castlebar and my heart is already full. ✨

The air is cool, there's a hint of grey in the sky, a soft damp on the breeze — and the view from my window? A graveyard. Of course it is. Somehow, it feels just right.

There's something about the west of Ireland that quiets the noise inside you. The sky hangs a little lower here. The land holds its stories differently. And I couldn't think of a more fitting welcome for the work we're here to do.

Just stunning .... Yesterday was a long one. We left Randalstown at half ten in the morning and didn't pull into Clifden until half five in the evening — seven hours on the road, but honestly? I wouldn't have changed a single mile of it.

The west of Ireland has a way of reminding you that the world is far bigger and far more beautiful than the four walls we spend most of our days in. Deep valleys carved out by something ancient, blanket bog stretching out in every direction — earthy, wild, and utterly alive. Then the mountains rising up, rugged and unhurried, the way they always have been.

And Killary Fjord.

I don't have the words for Killary Fjord, except to say that when you see it — that long, glittering stretch of water wrapped in silence and mountain — something in you goes quiet too. In the best possible way.

We have a few hours to explore before we head off to our event in Castlebar. If you're coming along tonight, I cannot wait to see you. 🌿

Today it’s all about Clifden — with a wee nod to Castlebar, which has sold out (thank you).
The suitcase is out, and I’ve packed and unpacked about three times already, thinking about how warm it’s going to be. Velvet trousers are out… linen trousers are in. Practicality first.
Sparkles, of course, are still on the menu.
I love a wee twinkle — it genuinely gives me joy. And the spirit world is all about joy, peace, and upliftment… and goodness knows we all need that.
This morning I’ve felt it — the gentle tug, the whispers, the guiding hand at my elbow… the reassurance I need, and that powerful feeling of being fully supported and encompassed in love.
Tonight in Clifden, Co Galway it truly will be an amazing night. If you’re coming along, I’ll see you there. x.
Tickets are still available €20 or pay in at the door a little more €25

I awoke this morning feeling peace — the kind of peace that doesn’t shout, it just settles in your chest and lets you breathe again.
And with Mum being so ill, that peace felt like a gift. A reassurance. A quiet reminder that my people upstairs are about.
I had a dream where all my friends and family who have passed over were in a beautiful garden. Not a garden I recognise from this world, but one that felt familiar all the same — soft light, gentle air, and that sense of everything being exactly as it should be.
They were chatting and laughing. Not in any forced way, not like a performance — just the natural sound of people who are safe, content, and together. It was a delight to simply observe… to sit in the energy of ultimate contentment.
I hadn’t seen some of these beautiful souls in such a long time, and yet there was no frantic hugging, no massive displays of affection, no drama. They were simply there… as if it was the most normal, everyday occurrence in the world.
And that, in itself, felt like a message.
I don’t often get communications from my people, or too many visitations, so this was deeply comforting and reassuring. And I’m not one for analysing dreams to death (pardon the pun) — sometimes the meaning is in the feeling.
And the feeling I woke with was this: love doesn’t disappear. It doesn’t end. It changes shape — and it carries on, quietly, in the background… like a garden you can return to when Spirit knows you need it most. ###
