Wisdom gained: The Earth wants to breathe. She is birthing a new version of herself. She is expanding into the beating heart of the Cosmos. She is evolving into the next stage of her becoming. She is done hosting low frequency energies that are keeping her trapped in a stagnant low frequency vibration that is masking the beauty of her totality.
This same longing and determination to be free is being felt by women all over the world who are connected to the frequency of our Divine Mother Gaia. We are extensions of her soul and her energy field.

Did you know that 75-90% of all illness is 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙?

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩?

Back in my late 20's and early 30's I was recovering from a serious chronic illness. I can honestly say that meditation was one of the 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 that assisted and enabled my recovery.

That is why I am 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 to other people - so that they too can 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙨 of a regular meditation practise.

I have run this course twice before and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

In each session, I will:
🌿 Teach you a little about the theory and science of meditation
🌿 Explain the 'nuts and bolts' of meditation in a simple and accessible way
🌿 Guide you through a short practise with increasing length as the course progresses
🌿 You will also receive a booklet to take away to aid your home study and practise.

By the end of the course you will
🌿 Understand the theory, purpose, benefits and practise of meditation.
🌿 Begin to reap the benefits of your experiential practise
🌿 Feel much more empowered to manage your physical, mental and emotional health
🌿 Develop a deeper connection to yourself and to life

The cost of this course is £90 and this can be paid in instalments if required. A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place, with the balance due before the start of the course.

Life feels soooo exciting right now!!

I am bursting with ideas and plans for the year ahead and I can see so much growth, expansion and opportunity coming my way 🙏🙏🌀🌀🌿🌿

The last couple of years have been about shedding the old and preparing the soil.

Now the shoots are beginning to sprout and it’s all about growth from this point on 🌱🌱 🌱

That’s exciting, right??!!

It can be hard when you are in the underworld, slaying demons, excavating wounds and planting seeds but, when the work is done and the sunlight and air meet the earth and water, magic begins ✨✨

Hi everyone and a Happy New Year to you all! 🎊

2026 is a number 1 year, meaning it is the start of a new 9 year cycle. So it's a great time to set new intentions and create new habits.

However, although we have moved into a new calendar year, we are still very much in the depth of winter and in the process of rest and recovery ❄️❄️❄️

In addition to that, we are in the final closing out stage of the Chinese Year of the Snake (the Chinese New Year begins on 17th February) which has been all about shedding old skins 🐍🐍🐍

As I am still very much in my own process of wintering and shedding, I have decided not to run any events this month.
