Come and join us on Sunday 7th December 3-5pm in Earth and Water Wellness Centre (www.earthandwaterwellness.uk), just outside Rathfriland, for Christmas crafts, mulled wine, mince pies and festive cheer.

🎨 Our creative circles are a great opportunity to share your creative talents - be it painting, music, photography, storytelling, jewellery making or any other gift.

There is no pressure to have anything prepared but, if you do have a talent or a project to share, bring it along. Otherwise, simply participate in the crafts on offer.

🎁 Pick up a festive gift for a loved one while you are here. Choose from copper jewellery, scented candles, Tropic skincare and more.

📚 There will also be artwork and second hand books for sale.

PLUS be entered into a raffle to win a set of Purdy & Figg natural cleaning oils.

All in all, this promises to be a relaxed, festive and fun-filled afternoon.

I am now offering 1:1 Cacao and Rapé at Earth and Water Wellness Centre (www.earthandwaterwellness.uk).

Both medicines work to open and strengthen the feminine energy centres, enhancing creativity, sensuality, compassion, wisdom, intuition and a sense of Oneness.

Cacao is a gentle heart healer as well as helping to process and release stagnant energy and emotions. Rapé is a powerful healer of the feminine, cleansing, restoring peace, as well as giving clarity and strength.

A 1:1 session costs £66 and lasts 60-90 mins, allowing plenty of time for integration. Music, breath work and sound healing may be incorporated into the session as required to assist with and enhance this process.
