Self care looks different for everyone and has many forms.
It may be a slow lazy morning in bed with your pets and some nourishing cacao (⬆️💗), it may be a brisk walk in nature, it may be a massage or a long soak in the bath with essential oils and Epsom salts.
The key is to do what feels right for you in any given moment. What do you need, physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually?
Follow your heart and your intuition, let your body guide you, listen to the whispers of your soul.
