Have you ever experienced anxiety? I'm referring to the kind that makes you change the way you do things, the kind that leads to constant overthinking, one where you are turning down invites or stuff that keeps you awake at night?
Personally, mine only came about a few years ago. Thanks, peri menopause! Once I realised how it felt, I knew this was something I wanted to help others through hypnotherapy.
The reason I'm gripping onto this book is firstly because it's been a sell-out, and I'm chuffed to get my hands on it today! And 2, many of the words resonated with me when I heard him being interviewed by the fabulous .
The clients I've helped in the past month for anxiety ranged from social awkwardness, an upcoming important job interview, generally feeling anxious with difficulties sleeping, about giving birth.
It can have such an impact on peoples enjoyment of life, and I truly believe gaining knowledge about it and yourself through reading and hypnosis are exceptionally good places to learn how to deal with it.
