It’s the time of year where many of us struggle.
We lost our mom in December 2019, so although I love everything Christmas, the sadness is never far from the surface this time of year .
Lots of ‘if only’s ‘ and ‘I wish I had spent more time’ thoughts are bubbling to come out. But I realise , no one is perfect, and as much as I believe every parent feels some sort of guilt at some point, so does every child after they lose a parent.
Accept the imperfections, and remember the good times, embrace the opportunities to make good memories with your loved ones, and forgive everyone ❤️
