For both women and men, who want something a little more competitive, a little more measurable, and a lot more intentional.
Alongside regular HYROX training, we’re launching our 8-week HYROX Performance Lab:
✔️ Base performance analysis and race sim
✔️ 3 coached sessions per week tailored to your data
✔️ Live heart rate tracking
✔️ Nutritional Support
✔️ Weekly performance reports
✔️ Mid-season re-test
✔️ Final race sim week
10 athletes per cohort.
Limited intake.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
6:30pm & 7:30pm
Race sim testing: 3 Saturdays in total
Starts April 25th.
