Lilibet Manor provides nursing and residential care for up to 46 residents. Lilibet Manor is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Lilibet Manor is a specialist care facility set across two adjoining buildings in Rossendale, Lancashire, offering tailored support for individuals with varying physical, mental health, and complex needs, with a particular focus on long-term complex care. This includes long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care for people aged 18 and over with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour, including alzheimers, dementia, medical/physical disabilities, and mental health. The home is set in over two acres of landscaped garden, offering a tranquil and pleasant environment for our residents.

Girls Trip at Lilibet Manor!

We had a brilliant day out with the ladies from Lilibet Manor Care Home as we hopped on the bus to Burnley 🛍️

We shopped till we dropped, enjoyed a pub lunch (it would have been rude not to! 🍽️), and had plenty of laughs along the way.

Nikki even showed us her unique way of keeping dry while waiting for the bus… maybe we all need lessons on how to wear a coat properly! 😂☔

Recently at Lilibet Manor Care Home! 🐾✨

We’ve had lots going on at Lilibet Manor!

Our residents have enjoyed trips out to the library, relaxing with jigsaws and even turning their own artwork into colouring sheets.

We’ve also had some very special visitors, our Barketing Executive, Raven, and our Chief Happiness Officer, Poppy, who always bring plenty of smiles! 🐶💙

Our staff had a brilliant time at our belated Christmas night out, and we’re already looking ahead as we plan our next big event, a fundraising walk in support of our residents’ fund. Watch this space!

Feeling Festive at Lilibet Manor Care Home! 🎄

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas Jumper Day and our Christmas Party here at Lilibet Manor!

There were lots of fun and games, a little bit of karaoke, and we even had a special visit from the big man himself… Santa! 🎅

It’s been a fantastic December full of smiles and festive cheer, and we’re so excited for Christmas.

🎄 What have we been up to at Lilibet Manor Care Home?!

We’ve been having lots of fun and games recently, all thanks to Eddy the Elf and his mischievous antics! 😄✨

Eddy has been very busy:
• Climbing the Christmas tree 🎄
• Swinging from the ceiling decorations
• Wrapping up the cups and even the kettle ☕
• Starting a snowball fight and building snowmen in the office ❄️☃️

Eddy has also set a festive challenge, who can take the best “sElfie” with Eddy? 📸🎅

The winner will be judged in the New Year once all the sElfies have been sent in. We can’t wait to see them!

Visitors at Lilibet Manor Care Home! 🐾👶

We’ve welcomed some very special visitors to our home recently!

First up was our wonderful Chaos Coordinator, Jack. His waggy tail, big personality, and endless energy always brighten our residents’ day and bring so many smiles! 🐶💛

We also had an adorable visit from a Team Leader’s little one, who came to meet our staff and residents. Welcome to the world of Lilibet Manor, little one, you melted everyone’s hearts! 👶❤️

What have we been up to at Lilibet Manor Care Home? 🚗🐾🎨

It’s been a lovely and lively time here!

Some of our residents enjoyed attending Motor Club, where we settled in to watch the F1. Everyone loved it, and it’s certainly not just a men’s club… one of our lovely ladies never misses a session! 🏎️💨

We’ve had plenty of cuddles with Poppy the dog, which always brightens our day. 🐶❤️

Residents have also been busy colouring in our new home blanket, adding their own creative touch to something special. 🎨🧶

And this week, we welcomed a fantastic group who ran some fun game sessions with built-in exercise, getting everyone moving, laughing, and involved. 🎉💪

Hogwarts or Lilibet Manor?🪄

It was pure magic at Lilibet Manor today as our team swapped uniforms for robes and wands! ✨

From witches to wizards, house scarves to spellbooks, our staff really cast a spell on everyone with their Harry Potter costumes! 🦉

You could say they really Slytherin-to the spirit of Halloween! 😄

Our staff (and a couple of cheeky residents!) decided it was time to play a little prank on our handyman, Sim! 🤣

Let’s just say… we all had a good giggle — and Sim was a great sport about it!

September has been a busy month for birthdays here – including our lovely Wellbeing Lead, Leanne! To brighten up the grey weather outside, we brought the sunshine indoors with a Hawaiian-themed birthday party. 🌞🌴🌺

Our parties are for everyone – residents and staff alike – and we all had a fantastic time celebrating together. 💛

🐾 Meet Poppy – Our Chief Happiness Officer at Lilibet Manor! 💛

Poppy isn’t just any dog, she’s part of the family here.

She loves a cuddle, often hops onto staff members’ knees to “help” with their work, and even dresses up for our events (her party dress is always a hit 🎉).

Most importantly, Poppy brings smiles, comfort, and joy to our residents.
