Lilibet Manor provides nursing and residential care for up to 46 residents. Lilibet Manor is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Lilibet Manor is a specialist care facility set across two adjoining buildings in Rossendale, Lancashire, offering tailored support for individuals with varying physical, mental health, and complex needs, with a particular focus on long-term complex care. This includes long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care for people aged 18 and over with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour, including alzheimers, dementia, medical/physical disabilities, and mental health. The home is set in over two acres of landscaped garden, offering a tranquil and pleasant environment for our residents.

September has been a busy month for birthdays here – including our lovely Wellbeing Lead, Leanne! To brighten up the grey weather outside, we brought the sunshine indoors with a Hawaiian-themed birthday party. 🌞🌴🌺

Our parties are for everyone – residents and staff alike – and we all had a fantastic time celebrating together. 💛

🐾 Meet Poppy – Our Chief Happiness Officer at Lilibet Manor! 💛

Poppy isn’t just any dog, she’s part of the family here.

She loves a cuddle, often hops onto staff members’ knees to “help” with their work, and even dresses up for our events (her party dress is always a hit 🎉).

Most importantly, Poppy brings smiles, comfort, and joy to our residents.

Birthday Fun at Lilibet Manor! 🎉

Last week we celebrated four special birthdays in style! 🥳 To make the day extra memorable, we had a visit from Zoo Lab.

Residents got hands-on with some incredible creatures, including:
🐌 Giant African Land Snails
🪳 Giant Cockroaches
🐍 Corn Snakes
🐹 Gerbils
🐸 Frogs

It was a fun, exciting, and slightly adventurous way to celebrate our residents!💛

🌟 Fun and Relaxation at Lilibet Manor! 🌟

From pampering sessions, dancing, cricket and football, to enjoying lunch in the garden with our amazing residents, staff and management – there’s been plenty of smiles all around. 🌸

Of course, we also take time to relax and unwind, making sure our residents enjoy a perfect balance of activity and calm.

Lilibet Manor Supporting Alzheimer's Society! 🌟

It’s been an incredible few weekends here at Lilibet Manor, all in the name of charity!

Last Saturday, we hosted our Big Summer Get Together. From resident-run stalls to the ever-popular Wet Sponge Throwing, we raised an amazing £407 for the Alzheimer's Society! 🎉

Then this past weekend, our amazing Wellbeing Lead, Leanne, along with her partner Chris and cousin Jonny, took on the Alzheimer's Society Trek 26 in the Yorkshire Dales. They described it as one of the toughest challenges they’ve ever faced, but every aching step was worth it for such a vital cause. ⛰️

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, took part, and donated. Your support means the world! 💛

Say hello to Raven, our beloved Barketing Executive at Lilibet Manor! 🐶🐾

She pops in regularly to check everything’s running smoothly (especially the treat supply!) and spread some tail-wagging joy to our lovely residents.

From perimeter patrols to cuddles on demand, Raven takes her role very seriously, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! 🐾

Join us for our first summer get together in our lovely grounds on Saturday 12th July, from 11.30am to 4pm. There will be stalls, face painting, raffle, games, live music and much more. We will be raising money for Alzheimer's Society and it promises to be a fantastic day.
