A gentle reflection for those resting in their light today 💛
For the quiet hearts who honour where they’ve been and trust what’s unfolding.

For those who have found their “you” place —
that quiet space of truth and gentle presence —
and who have learned to pause long enough to admire the view 💛

Today, the date doesn’t matter. The day doesn’t matter.
Only now does.

A soft mantra for this still point in time:

“All that I am, I honour.
All that I’ve been, I bless.
All that I am becoming, I welcome.”

May these words echo through your heart today —
a blessing for your past, your present, and the luminous unfolding ahead. 🌿

“Keep Holding the Light”

For the quiet hearts still tending their light — unseen, yet radiant all the same.

Sometimes the journey feels invisible.
We integrate, we expand, we keep choosing the light.
And yet, even when no one else sees it — it’s felt.

If you’re reading this, this is your reminder:
the work you’ve done, the heart you’ve opened,
the frequency you hold is already making a difference.

For everyone doing the inner work quietly — this is for you.
Keep holding the light. 🌿💛

Remembering All Parts of Ourselves

In my experience as a holistic therapist, I’ve come to recognise that there are three distinct parts to ourselves — each with its own needs, rhythm, and purpose.

✨ The worker being, who strives, creates, and contributes.
✨ The family being, who nurtures, supports, and connects with loved ones.
✨ And the spiritual or energetic being, who simply is — the essence that feels, senses, and guides us from within.

In the fast pace of everyday life, it’s easy to focus almost entirely on the first two. We pour energy into work and family, but if we neglect our spiritual or energetic self, something begins to feel missing. Over time, we can forget who we truly are beneath all the doing — and we start to feel out of sync, disconnected from our own centre.

A recent client came to me ready to accept help. He described feeling stuck in survival mode — constantly looking outward for relief through gambling, alcohol, and distraction. In our session, we worked with his inner awareness and energetic field to help him reconnect with the part of himself he had unknowingly left behind.

Through regression hypnotherapy and intuitive guidance, he began to release the patterns that kept him externally focused, allowing his own energy to rebalance and return.

Following the session, he shared these heartfelt words:

“I feel to now have positivity, a structure, self-worth a good mindset and how to do better breathwork, I feel a lot more relaxed”.

This experience was a beautiful reminder that healing isn’t only about removing what’s wrong — it’s about remembering what’s real. When we nurture all three parts of ourselves — the worker, the family, and the spiritual being — life feels more harmonious, meaningful, and whole.

✨ When we come home to our energetic self, everything else begins to flow again. ✨

Listening to the Body’s Wisdom

Every body carries a story. Sometimes that story is told through tension, discomfort, or even persistent pain. One of my clients recently sent me feedback after a session, with one simple yet profound sentence that said: “I am no longer in pain.”

Her journey to that point was unique, and it highlighted for me once again how important it is to work at the client’s pace.

Working with the Body, Not Against It

In our session, we began with regression hypnotherapy to gently explore what was ready to surface. The body quickly revealed where energy blocks were being held and, more importantly, why they were there. This is the wisdom of the body — it speaks in signals, symptoms, and sensations, guiding us toward what needs attention.

The client was clear that she didn’t want to revisit old ground. Respecting her pace and preference, we chose instead to move forward, allowing her own natural light and awareness to infuse these areas. Rather than reopening the past, the focus was on bringing presence and healing into the moment.

The Release

As this process unfolded, the blocks began to clear. What followed was a remarkable shift: the pain she had been carrying lifted. Her words afterward — “I am no longer in pain” — capture the depth of that transformation more than anything else could.

The Body as a Messenger

This session was a reminder that our bodies are constantly communicating with us. Pain is often not just physical; it can be the body’s way of saying “pay attention, something here needs healing.” By listening, noticing, and working with the body’s wisdom, space opens for release, for relief, and for light to flow back in.

✨ Healing doesn’t always mean going back over the past — sometimes it means meeting the body exactly where it is, and honouring the wisdom it offers in the present moment. ✨

Finding Herself Beyond Addiction

Addiction can be a powerful storm — one that leaves a person feeling lost, exhausted, and alone. A recent client came to me after nearly losing everything to that storm. Drugs, gambling, and restless nights had become her norm. Beneath it all, she admitted she didn’t really know who she was anymore. Her mind was constantly racing, unable to rest or find clarity.

During our regression hypnotherapy session, something profound surfaced: a memory from her younger years. In revisiting that moment, she began to see how certain survival patterns — once protective — were now sabotaging her wellbeing. Recognising these patterns was the first step toward change.

In that safe space, she experienced an emotional release that brought both tears and relief. It was the moment she began to reconnect with herself — perhaps for the first time in years.

Following the session, she shared this heartfelt feedback:

“I feel to now have positivity, a structure, self-worth and a good mindset and I'm looking forward to my space each day to do the breathwork, I feel a lot more relaxed.”

Stories like hers remind us that even in the depths of addiction, the human spirit can find its way back to light and self-recognition. Healing begins the moment we look within and give ourselves permission to heal.

“What if sensitivity was not your weakness, but your greatest strength?”

✨ The higher your frequency, the deeper you feel. ✨

As your awareness expands, life becomes richer — but also more intense. Every joy, every challenge, every subtle shift can feel amplified.

The key is not to resist this sensitivity, but to stay centred within it. Ground yourself, breathe deeply, and remember: feeling deeply is not a burden, it’s a gift.

When you hold your centre, you don’t just rise -
you flow. 💛

This mantra may help :

" I stand in the current - and the current carries me"

From my heart to yours, keep shining 💛

✨ Healing begins when we allow the body, mind and energy to work together. ✨

Recently I had the privilege of working with a client through regression hypnotherapy, counselling and Reiki.

Throughout the session, her body began to outline the moments she had been holding onto, alongside the worries and natural concerns that had been weighing her down. What unfolded was profound: the body gently spoke, released, and guided us both to clarity.

By the end, she was resting in her own natural coherence — calm, grounded, and with a clear understanding of not only why her anxiety attacks had been arising, but also the pathway forward.

In her own words:

💬 “Working with my body's wisdom is something I have never experienced before. I actually felt the blockage leave and my chest feels lighter. I really enjoyed the Reiki.”

🌿 Every step towards balance is a step back home to yourself.

✨ Client Experience Reflection ✨

A client recently came to me for his very first session, sharing that he had been struggling with a deep disconnection from himself. He described feeling lost, stuck, and at a stage where he was ready to try anything to find a way forward.

We began gently with counselling, creating a safe space for him to explore what he was carrying. From there, we moved into regression hypnotherapy. During the process, a hidden blockage came to the surface — something his mind had buried long ago. As it revealed itself to his conscious awareness, he began to see not only why this memory had been suppressed, but also how the feelings and behaviours linked to it had shaped his life and patterns up until now.

What followed was a powerful release. In that moment, he reconnected with his true self. His smile, his tears, and the depth of emotion spoke louder than words. He described the experience of finally feeling who he really is as nothing short of “awesome.”

💬 In his own words:
“I feel like a new person — myself at last — and like I am good enough. The experience was awesome.”

🌿 It’s such a privilege to witness these moments of transformation and reconnection — this is why I love what I do.
💛 Every journey is unique, but the freedom of becoming your true self is always possible.

Case Summary:
Regression Hypnotherapy for Digestive Issues

Recently, a lovely client reached out to my holistic practice after dealing with persistent digestive troubles. Although she had done her best to get to the bottom of her symptoms, the cause remained a mystery. She did, however, hold the belief that there was an underlying reason for her discomfort—perhaps an energetic blockage.
After being warmly recommended to my practice, she decided to give regression hypnotherapy a try, hoping it might help reveal any subconscious or energetic factors behind her digestive issues and support her journey toward feeling better. And indeed, it did, the client reported back to feeling calmer and lighter within her body. This is what she shared afterwards:

“I could feel the release and the emotions as well. I hadn’t realised I had been storing the trauma around here for so long, but thinking about it, it now make sense. My body feels lighter and calmer”.

This experience truly highlights how valuable it is to take a holistic, client-focused approach—one that honours both the physical and non-physical sides of health and supports each person in exploring the healing paths that feel right for them.

🌿 Old Habits Don’t Open New Doors 🚪✨

We wish for change—a breakthrough, a new beginning.
But we keep showing up with the same thoughts, the same patterns, the same habits…
and wonder why everything feels stuck.

The truth is:
You can't enter new spaces with the energy that built the old ones.
Growth asks us to release before we receive.

✨ It starts small:
– Saying no when you used to people-please
– Breathing before reacting
– Choosing rest over burnout
– Letting love in, even when it feels unfamiliar

This is where new doors begin to open—quietly, then all at once.
Not because life suddenly changed,
but because you did.

And here’s the most beautiful part?
It’s already happening.
Just listen to this:

🗣️ "In the last six weeks I cannot believe the change in me. From feeling not included to being the whole version of me is something I never even imagined – like you say, maintaining is now just as important. Thank you."

Real change is possible.
And it starts with one brave step away from the old.

If you would like to feel the same you are more than welcome to get in touch.

Thank you for reading.

🌀 MOVING ON — AS YOURSELF 🌀
Not who you were, not who they wanted, but YOU — now.

We often think “moving on” means forgetting, detaching, or replacing. But sometimes, it simply means returning.

Returning to the parts of you that went quiet.
Returning to the voice you silenced to keep the peace.
Returning to your rhythm, your values, your you-ness.

Moving on doesn’t always mean walking away from someone.
Sometimes, it means walking back home — to yourself.

You don't have to reinvent. You don’t have to perform healing.
You just have to become honest again. Gentle. Whole. Real.

💬 Have you felt that moment — not when you let go of them,
but when you finally held yourself again?
