Well thats it for 2025!
Thanks to all of you that have trusted me with your health and your stories in my treatment room.
There have been tears and laughter. Nervous patients turned into healthy ambassadors and much more!
Its been such a privilege to help you all keep doing, or return to doing, the things you love.

Great news you lovely people out there! From Monday 3rd November I will be working two days a week in Rawtenstall! If you have any aches and pains you'll find me at Tufties Hair & Beauty both Monday and Tuesday.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to those who have been supporting my business and spreading the word about osteopathy! I really should post more than I do but I'm blessed to be too darn busy to be bugging you all!
I am going to be resting my hands and spending a couple of weeks with my gang after this week, so if you need an MOT, or have an issue please snap up my last couple of appointments at Tufties!

I had a student osteopath shadowing me today and we were discussing how much I enjoy treating people during pregnancy. She commented on how much she thought my treatment had helped her back pain during pregnancy and her delivery and that I should advertise this treatment more! So here I am!!

Just a reminder that you can now book Monday afternoons as well as all day Tuesday at Tufties Hair & Beauty either by text or on my website!

Great news! Due to the wonderful support of Vicky and her team at Tufties Hair & Beauty the cat is out of the bag about having an osteopath (me!) working there on Tuesdays.

What a weekend, and what a venue to be learning at! From knees to rheumatic conditions and lots of technique too. Love deepening in learning and meeting colleagues across the north!

Thanks to all (70 of you!) who attended The NCSO Convention at Rudding Park last weekend.
It made it a fabulous event, in a beautiful location and a great value 12hours of CPD

Sometimes the skills of osteopaths aren't even in treating a patient. We do a long degree (4-5yrs) covering a huge range of conditions and are now Allied Health Profesionals to the NHS - so we often spot things outside our area.
This lady had a debilitating condition that I sent her back to the doctors to ask for tests and medication for. The waiting list was hideous so the couple paid privately to see a specialist... so I was even more grateful to have made the right call! Phew!
Now she's on the right medication life is back to normal within only a few weeks.
Love this job! X
