Food noise isn’t hunger.
It’s your nervous system rushing you to fix something.

The pause is where choice lives.
And choice is how habits change.

Try this today:
Next time you want to eat, stop for 10 seconds and ask
“What do I actually need right now?”

That’s where the noise starts to quieten.
