Meet Zaki! 👋 A curious 5-year-old who loves water play, sand, and bubbles - exploring the world in his own unique way. 🌊

Autistic and non-speaking; for Zaki walking to school had become a real challenge. That's where we stepped in - helping fund a new specialist buggy that's already making a huge difference! 💜

💬 "When walking to school, Zaki would drop himself on the floor due to tiredness, and his feet could touch the floor in his old pushchair, so it was a huge struggle.

The new buggy has been incredible. He is non-speaking, but does express his emotions and I can tell he's a lot happier and more relaxed. I can't wait to use it on holidays and outings." - Saba, Zaki's mum. 🦋

It’s great to see a study that looks at sensory processing after brain injury. There are not many of them around !😍

This new study investigated sensory symptoms after a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Dizziness, noise hypersensitivity, and altered smell were some of the most reported concerns reported by brain injury patients a decade post their brain injury.
