Mrs Stircrazy on Food Living food nutrition and health. Bereaved far too young, in 2014 I decided to retrain and create a new me. I am currently studying Nutrition and have qualified.

I initially had twenty years experience in social care, helping people explore the issues relevant to their health and support needs, looking at their future plans and family situation. In 2014, I then practised Will Writing for seven years and from January 2022 now work with my husband (who is an experienced Financial Advisor) in an administrative capacity, supporting people with their financial plans. I am also hugely interested in food and how food can change and improve our health. My next step is start a career as a Food Coach and continue to study. You can never get enough knowledge right. Sports nutrition is an interest of mine and my next focus. Book recommendations always appreciated.
