Complete Care Services offer help and support to individuals to enable them to continue living safely and comfortably within their own homes.

Welcome to Complete Care Services East Lancashire. We are a local business providing care and support to you or your loved ones in their own home within the East Lancashire area, we cover the Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale and Accrington areas. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are a preferred social care provider of Lancashire County Council. Our service operates from 7.00 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have various shifts available. The decision to ask for help can be a tough one and for many can come at a time of great worry when you or a loved one become unwell or find that you are just not managing as well with your day to day life as you used to. At Complete Care Services, we understand this and offer you the reassurance that we can support your individual needs and wishes with empathy, dignity and professionalism at all times. All of our support workers are trained to a very high standard and are experienced in all aspects of care and are police checked. In order to help you or your loved one to continue to live comfortably and safely in your own home, we can offer support with:
Medication management
Personal Care
Social/Leisure outings
Attending appointments
Preparing meals/drinks
Welfare checks
Advisory services on issues such as mobility and nutrition. We have offices in Rawtenstall and Nelson which are open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 17.00 pm. We welcome your calls if you have any questions that you would like to ask us about any of our services.
