🌟🌟 Huge Congratulations to our client Kim who completed the Lakeland 100 this weekend!! 🌟🌟

After suffering with ankylosing spondylitis and unable to really train, it’s phenomenal that she’s completed running 100 miles with little training and completed it in 39 hours! What a warrior. Well done Kim, you should be very proud!! X

💰PRICE INCREASE 💰

As of 1st August 2024 prices will increase by £5 for all services.

I hate to have to do this but I haven’t increased my prices in 10 years & the business expenses have increased in the past couple of years including rent, utilities etc.

New Price List:

Injury Consultation (1 hour) £55
Subsequent Treatment/Rehab Session £45

50 minute Sports Massage £40
30 minute Sports Massage £30
