Ah, the Shame Spiral. My least favorite amusement park ride. It’s wild how fast gravity takes over, isn't it? One minute you make a small mistake, and three minutes later you’re at the bottom of the spiral convincing yourself you should go live in a cave because you’re a failure as a human. It happens fast! But look at the sides: there are exit ramps. You can get off the ride. Where do you usually catch yourself on the spiral?
