We are diving into Baby Grasshopper Pose this week— a playful, pose that reminds us we are stronger and more flexible than we think. 🦗🧘‍♀️

🌞After a busy morning teaching a couple of amazing private sessions (a power practice and a breathwork/stress management class) and a fabulous 'gentle yoga' class in Holton St Mary....

I'm back in the studio to prep for tonight's🌶️yoga flow in Hintlesham. Oh and cramming in a little more study ready for my next Yoga Therapy live study block - Module 9 starts tomorrow! Wow!

And as I paused for a moment, I checked out our little book of yoga (those of you who come to the studio know the one I mean). A wonderful coincidence as it is very much on point with this weeks quote by T.K.V. Desikachar which is guiding our practice!

I started mine in the most wonderful way - practicing with some fantastic ladies on my Yoga Therapy course. Such a positive and uplifting start to the day✨

✨ Happy Friday, Yogis! ✨

How are you spending your day? As we wrap up a week of exploring Ananda (Joy), we’ve been reflecting on the idea that "a flower blossoms for its own joy." 🌸

It’s a beautiful reminder that true joy is an "inside job"—it lives within us and isn’t dependent on expectation or external "stuff." It might just be a tiny glimmer in the day...a quiet moment where we feel a spark of peace regardless of what’s happening around us or something more.

There are no classes today, but the joy continues off the mat! I’m spending my day immersed in all things yoga—from deep-dive studies to business webinars, retreat planning to sound journey dreaming. Even in the "to-do" list, I’m finding moments of joy by simply remembering to pause and breathe. 🌬️
