📢 CALLING ALL RAYLEIGH BASED CHILDRENS ACTIVITY PROVIDERS 📢

We have space available for daytime classes to be run at our venue on Lubards Farm.

This summer, our building has had a complete makeover! Our new and improved large reception area is perfect for welcoming your families to their class, with storage for all their belongings. They will then enter our lovely bright and airy activity room for their class.

Some features that make our venue perfect for your class are:

🌟 Baby changing facilities on site
🌟 Farm Shop Cafe at the front of the farm, perfect for the parents to socialise after class
🌟Free and easy parking right outside our building
🌟 Video intercom system to be able to let any latecomers into class
🌟 Number 20 bus stops right outside the site

Good morning! It’s the first weekend of 2024 and I’m sure lots of you were desperate to welcome it in after the first week back at work! I just wanted to share my class themes with you for Jan/Feb so you can decide when you want to book & which sessions appeal to you/take your fancy! I pride myself on the time & care I take with my yoga planning. I want to make sure I deliver you the sessions you deserve! I’ve always themed my classes for many reasons: to keep things fresh each week, to explore all the amazing aspects/limbs of yoga and not just the poses/asanas alone, to vary challenge levels and to embrace/celebrate the moon cycles, seasons and other spiritual celebrations. You will see I am keeping the monthly Yin and Yoga Nidra sessions in by popular demand! Who doesn’t love a slow, deep stretch and then 35 minutes of laying in blissful meditation and yogic sleep eh?!
