Week 1 on a 12 week countdown, let's see what I can achieve!!!
I've really struggled this year with even starting a diet.... I've just not managed to get my head in to it at all. I decided all I had to do was change a little and start to see the numbers on the scales go down. So I've gone back on step 5 of the 1:1 diet which personally I think is great if, like me, you have a lot to lose and enjoy working out.
Most of my clients start on step 3, which personally I think is the perfect balance of a great weight loss and not being too hungry. And you don't have to exercise either!
I do have a few days out before Xmas and I'm going to enjoy them, not on plan at all. But every other day I'm 100% on it!!! I'm really feeling great this time 🥰
