Wishing all my yoga friends and students present and past a peaceful, healthy and happy holiday season.
It's been a difficult year at times but my personal yoga practice, my connections and my teaching practice have all helped to get me through.
Looking forward to starting back to classes in the New Year from Monday 5th. Will post the details over the next few weeks.

The benefits of the wonderful, ancient, holistic practice of yoga can include an increase in your overall fitness, reduction of the effects of stress, and enhanced well-being. Improvements can be felt in strength, flexibility, and balance. Yoga is truly a workout for the whole body and mind.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome and the postures can be adapted to suit your own needs and abilities.
~New students are welcome to try out the first class for free.
There is a Zoom Tuesday evening class ยฃ8 , two Wednesday morning sessions ยฃ15, and one to one classes, details see below:

~These are available to book at a time which is convenient to you, they can be held at my home studio or I can travel to you. These sessions will enable me to work with you to develop a specific programme that suits your needs. You will see all the benefits of yoga and can practice in a friendly, safe environment, working at your own pace. These sessions would also be suitable for rehabilitation after an injury or operation. ยฃ30 for the initial consultation and ยฃ25 thereafter.
