The benefits of the wonderful, ancient, holistic practice of yoga can include an increase in your overall fitness, reduction of the effects of stress, and enhanced well-being. Improvements can be felt in strength, flexibility, and balance. Yoga is truly a workout for the whole body and mind.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome, and the postures can be adapted to suit your own needs and abilities.
~New students are welcome to try out the first class for free.

~These are available to book at a time which is convenient to you, they can be held at my home studio or I can travel to you. These sessions will enable me to work with you to develop a specific programme that suits your needs. You will see all the benefits of yoga and can practice in a friendly, safe environment, working at your own pace. These sessions would also be suitable for rehabilitation after an injury or operation. £30 for the initial consultation and £25 thereafter.
