Helloooo to you all! 👋👋 we thought it was about time we properly introduced ourselves on here 👇

🌿 We are Alice and Callum from Essex and we are the creators behind Moksha Herbs. We carefully handblend herbal teas with love & intention in a little village in Essex.

🌿 We both have a HUGE passion for herbs & plants (obvs 😜) whether this be in the form of herbal teas, cooking with herbs, foraging them in nature or studying them. Our love for herbal teas started from drinking them all the time ourselves, feeling the benefits & enjoying the huge variety of flavours & aromas they provided for us. It was then that we delved into the HUGE amount of knowledge and history there was to learn within herbalism.

🌿 We always knew we wanted to work collectively on a creative project (we've been together 9 years this december 😱) this just aligned so naturally to us, we tried a couple of things and it just didn't feel right but one day we were just experimenting making our own tea blends and it just happened so organically. It was truly meant to be, we feel so passionate this & we truly feel such a connection to it all...

🌿 Alice is a qualified makeup artist working for Mac Cosmetics for 3 years and being a freelance MUA on the side, glamming up beautiful ladies for weddings, proms & special occasions. During lockdown, she found a newfound love for plant based cooking where she gained a distinction in Plant Based Nutrition, worked in a vegan kitchen & then went on to help run a beautiful conscious, yoga community coffee shop 🫶 she's a hospitality girly alongside running Moksha and many other hobbies🪻

🌿 Callum completed a Master Herbalism Diploma in 2025, where he recieved a distinction. He works in construction and has a huge interest in philosophy, religion, and history. This has also then developed into an interest for herbs as there is a surprising amount of overlap between these subjects! He enjoys spending time in nature, cycling, reading and discovering different foods - which is a bonus when you have a girlfriend who is always cooking something up 🤗

🌿 We had such a wonderful day yesterday at the Veg Out event with n0m cafe in Southend 🌿

They are a local community cafe attached to a beautiful yoga studio nestled in Short St, Southend on Sea 🫶🌿🍵🌞 go check them out, they have just launched their brand new menu and it looks amazing!

Thank you to everyone who came and chatted to us and purchased a tea, we were a bit blown away so woke up today feeling super super grateful 🙏🙏🧡 we hope you all enjoy your tea!

Our next event is this Sunday at Wickford Community Centre for the Wickford Gift & Pamper Evening from 5pm until 9pm 🌞💗🌿🫶
