Welcome to Mental Health Coaching. I am a Mental Health first aider and Mental Health Coach who’s focus is on school pupils of all ages, up to and beyond 6th Form with or without SEND. With over a decade in the teaching profession, as a senior leader, I fully understand the stress and anxiety that some pupils face. Each child is unique, but some of the struggles are similar. we aim to help with all social, emotional and wellbeing aspects of school life giving you tips and tools to cope and get you the right help and advice.
