I have worked with many people over the years and helped them with their migraines and headaches. Regular focussed treatment on the neck and shoulder helps reduce tension. Many of my patients find the occurrence, duration and pain of their migraines reduced so that they can cope with them and are not so debilitated.

Time to relax and de-stress. This is the view I have for the next week as I’m away on holiday. Especially nice to sit with my morning coffee and listen to the birds. So lucky with the weather ☀️

As a small business owner it’s very easy to get caught up in checking messages and feeling like they have to be answered right away.
Im giving myself some time off this week so have turned off all my business notifications and calls. Online booking remains open.
I’ll be back to work on the 14th April.
