I am a BTEC level 5 qualified Soft Tissue and ScarWork Therapist based in Rayleigh, Essex.

Appointments are available in my treatment room located in Rayleigh, with easy access from the A130, Hockley, Hullbridge, Benfleet, South Woodham, Wickford and surrounding areas. Opening hours as detailed, however I do sometimes have availability outside of these times, please contact me if you require an appointment.

I have worked with many people over the years and helped them with their migraines and headaches. Regular focussed treatment on the neck and shoulder helps reduce tension. Many of my patients find the occurrence, duration and pain of their migraines reduced so that they can cope with them and are not so debilitated.

Scarwork therapy is beneficial on any scar of any age, old or new, surgical or accidental trauma.

Improves sensation, reduces pulling stiffness, tightness and pain. Improves the appearance, less puckering thickness and reddening.

Time to relax and de-stress. This is the view I have for the next week as I’m away on holiday. Especially nice to sit with my morning coffee and listen to the birds. So lucky with the weather ☀️

As a small business owner it’s very easy to get caught up in checking messages and feeling like they have to be answered right away.
Im giving myself some time off this week so have turned off all my business notifications and calls. Online booking remains open.
I’ll be back to work on the 14th April.

Scar therapy is a very gentle massage therapy that reduces pain, adhesions and tension in and around the scar.
Each session will be tailored to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. I will also give guidance on scar care and self massage.
