My legs are in BITS today.

One thing I learnt yesterday during the half marathon was that Pain is just Bread in French.

So my legs aren't painful, they are just bread...and we all love bread.

The supporters at the royal parks half marathon were top tier.

It's okay to reach out for help!

I know it can feel a bit disheartening, getting to a point where you're stuck.

You just go to the gym to go through the motions.

Not really having a goal anymore because you hit a plateau, and you're feeling disheartened.
