Gentle Touch Baby Massage

Gentle Touch Baby Massage 🌟A perfect first class to nurture your baby’s development and bonding.

With 18 years’ experience and IAIM training, I provide a warm space to learn evidence-based infant, child, and story massage 🌟 My baby massage experience is beneficial by tackling issues like colic, reflux, growing pains, chronic constipation, anxiety, and sleep problems. In addition to instructing baby massage, I work in local schools, focusing on children's emotional and behavioral development, especially those aged 3 to 16 years old with various additional needs. My objective is to provide parents with enduring skills that nurture strong bonds throughout their child's growth. B.A.B.Y.G.R.O.W.S. - A nurturing start for you and your little one.

👣Choosing a certified IAIM instructor means accessing a high-quality, internationally recognized program grounded in science and intercultural awareness.

👣IAIM instructors do not simply teach techniques-they guide parents on a journey of discovery and mutual listening.

💜Each IAIM course is a safe space where families are welcomed and respected. The instructor helps parents understand that infant massage is first and foremost about relationship, not standardized movements.

🌎Worldwide, IAIM instructors share the same principles: respecting the child, supporting parents, and valuing cultural differences.
This ensures that wherever families attend a course, the experience is authentic, consistent, and respectful. Choosing IAIM means prioritising the real needs of parents and children.

November marks my final course of the year, and it’s one of my favourites! 🍁
From snuggly autumn outfits to sparkly Christmas ones, it’s the perfect time to celebrate your beautiful babies. 🎄💛

🌟Many new parents tell me the same thing, there’s so much focus on birth, but little guidance on what happens after.

You’re told to feed, settle, and help your baby sleep—but not much else. Many don’t know when to introduce toys or sensory play, or how to use gentle techniques like hand-over-hand coordination to stimulate their baby.

Crying isn’t always hunger or discomfort, it can be boredom or a need for interaction. When tired parents reach out saying their baby only sleeps when held or cries constantly, I offer one-to-one home support.

In these 90-minute sessions, I go beyond massage—helping parents understand their baby, engage meaningfully, and find confidence in early parenthood.

This isn’t your typical class—what other trainer truly understands new parents like this? 🌟

Tummy time is so important — especially with bare feet! Let your baby feel the surface they’re moving on. That sensory experience helps them learn and develop through touch 👣

Our story

Sign up to my course and learn the wonderful art of learning your baby’s non verbal cues within massage in a welcoming and calm home environment. My course differs to others as I keep my classes small so that I can teach as much as I can in 90 minutes with my knowledge of information. Apart from the massage all my classes are mother led and work around what the clients want to talk about that day.

Im Hilfra and live in Rayleigh with my husband and 2 boys. Massage has helped my children with common problems like colic, constipation, growing pains, anxiety with school and sleep problems. They also become calmer and had improved concentration.

I was trained by the NHS 16 years ago as a breastfeeding consultant, I ran a successful group in Rayleigh and helped in MB2 at Southend hospital as well as supporting the help line.

I was swayed 12 Years ago by the local Health Visitor to train with ‘International Association of Infant Massage’ to become a qualified instructor to teach parents to massage their babies as well as help with feeding issues.
