I’m currently back in and I am offering holistic services, centred around energetics. It’s spiritual, it’s woo woo and its thousands of years old - natural - no pill prescription in sight.

This is a different approach that’s rich in ancient knowledge and practises from our ancestors.

This is neuroscience, quantum physics and epigenetics.

This will be held on a New Moon which is in cancer ♋️ New moons symbolises fresh starts, new beginnings, and the potential for growth and transformation. In ancient times, people harnessed the energy of the moon through rituals, recognising its power to manifest intentions and desires. So the perfect time to start these classes 💫

This will be presented in English. I am Slowly learning French :-)

Bring a blanket, rug and / or pillow. Something to sit and lay on. Just wear comfy clothes and bring some water with you & an open mind :-)

The only part of this class that you may find challenging, is slowing down ✌️

This class will be all about your beautiful heart ❤️

Energy flows to where you focus your thoughts.

Changing your focus to thoughts that emit positive feelings, not old situations and events that have played out in your past.

I reminded myself of this recently when I was presented with a situation that rocked me a little, by choosing yourself and letting your focus return to its natural state - YOU - you are bringing your energy back into alignment with positive energy. Like attracts like.

Let your inner Peace be your priority, allow space to connect to your being, to nature, to the present moment, where there is only this version of you.

Choose you.

Then watch your soul and your life evolve.

Au Revoir Chichester!! - I moved to West Sussex back in 2013 and after 11 years I’m embarking on a new adventure.

I’ve married and divorced here, I started a spiritual journey here, I’ve healed a life time of unworthiness here, I’ve started businesses and my own type of classes here, I’ve started wonderful friendships here.

I’m incredibly thankful for this stage in my life, however painful - “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” ― Rumi

I felt the energy shift this year so I’m trusting my instincts and taking a leap into the somewhat unknown.

You are an energy conductor - You have to change energetically before your life can change physically.

Everything in my universe has changed, I’ve learnt how to use energy to my advantage. I’m in flow state, my vibration has raised, I am attracting & co-creating perfectly aligned opportunities and teaching others to do the same. Bliss.

I’ve stepped into my purpose, taken my mantle & doing what I came here to do, shifting your vibration and spreading love 😊
