About Us . . .
Multi-Care Community Services Reading Ltd provides professional care at home - personally tailored to suit your needs, from as little as 30 minutes per week.
The people we offer care and support too range from those who are getting older, and a little frailer, right through to those who require 24 hour support. Our clients and service users may suffer from a wide range of medical and/or mental health conditions such as Dementia, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, physical disabilities and/or sensory impairments. We provide services to people in their own home, at times convenient to them, and with a care plan that is tailored to their needs.
We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and human rights while delivering our professional services: dedicated to achieving an environment that provides equality of opportunity and freedom from discrimination on grounds of race, religion, s*x, class, disability or special needs. We employ a team of qualified, skilled, committed and caring people from a multitude of countries, backgrounds and ethnicities to provide a high quality and individualised service to people in their own homes.
We have sound principles for the way we run our service, central to these is our belief that the rights of our service users are paramount. Providing a high quality standard of care and support, in ways which supports the independence of individuals and enables them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible is our doctrine.
