Self Kindness helps to soothe steady and settle ourselves during difficult times. We can become part of our own support team by thinking of how we might be spoken to by a good friend - making all the difference when we hit rocky ground. Self kindness isn’t limited to reaching a desired destination- it’s how we look after ourselves on the road.
It can help to place your hand on your heart and softly silently acknowledge….

May I see it clearly
May I meet it calmly
May I hold it calmly
